Tree Reports


	An assessment will be made of trees growing within influencing distance in relation to the structural integrity of property, light structures such as patios etc., and Health and Safety.
	The trees surveyed will be inspected from ground level only. The assessment of soils and other factors will be of a preliminary nature.
	All relevant data will be included in the report together with any recommendations for remedial tree work. Any additional investigations or analysis which may involve a climbing inspection, detailed decay detection, analysis of roots, soils, disease, and other specialists advice such as from building surveyors, will be quoted for separately.
	The scale of fees for a site visit, preliminary investigations and production of a report as described, including up to five trees, costs £250. A nominal allowance for travel subsistence and disbursements may be advised.
